Consumer Dispute Resolution Act comes into force

The purpose of the law is to settle disputes with consumers through arbitration boards. An additional notice was therefore added to the homepage at the beginning of the year (see our notice). § Section 36 VSBG now contains further information obligations for almost every website. However, these information obligations only apply from 01.02.2017.
