Vita

Born in Reutlingen in 1949, studied law at the Universities of Freiburg i.Br. and Tübingen, member of the firm since 1977, partner from 1983 to 2016, managing partner of the firm from 2003 to 2010. Since 2019, he has worked exclusively on existing mandates (no new mandates).

Member of the working groups on employment law and insolvency law and restructuring of the German Bar Association, the Cologne Insolvency Working Group and the German Association of Insolvency Administrators, co-organizer of the Reutlingen Insolvency Forum. Board member of the founding and support association of Pro Juventa gemeinnützige Jugendhilfegesellschaft and Pro Labore gemeinnützige Beschäftigungsgesellschaft. Chairman of the Joint Examination Board for the award of the specialist title "Specialist Lawyer for Insolvency Law" of the Freiburg, Karlsruhe and Tübingen Bar Associations.
