Current topics relating to insolvency law

The Reutlingen Insolvency Forum is aimed at all professionals interested in insolvency law and restructuring. Twice a year, it offers a platform for the exchange of experience and further training in the field of corporate crises, restructuring and impending or existing insolvencies. Regular participants include insolvency administrators, specialist insolvency lawyers, management consultants, lawyers, auditors, tax consultants and representatives of the credit industry from the areas of restructuring, credit monitoring and liquidation. The forum regularly attracts over 100 participants and offers an open platform for discussion and exchange of experience.

The Reutlingen Insolvency Forum was founded in 1998 by lawyer Michael Hubberten from Reutlingen and WP/StB Dipl.-Kfm. Eberhard Hickethier from Stuttgart, who have jointly organized the Reutlingen Insolvency Forum.

WP/StB Dipl.-Kfm. Eberhard Hickethier resigned as co-organizer after the 30th Reutlingen Insolvency Forum on 16.11.2012. Since then, the Reutlingen Insolvency Forum has been planned and organized by attorney Michael Hubberten and hosted by attorney Michael Hubberten and VOELKER.

The forum is a recognized training event for insolvency law specialists within the meaning of § 15 FAO.
