Advice for intensive care services
The care sector is undergoing constant change: New framework recommendations with new quality requirements, the Intensive Care and Rehabilitation Reinforcement Act (IPREG) and the alignment of salaries with collectively agreed wages are just a few of the current keywords.
In addition to the lengthy and time-consuming remuneration negotiations with health insurance companies, outpatient intensive care services have recently also been faced with competition for suitable nursing staff, e.g. from hospitals that entice nursing staff away with "catch bonuses".
In addition to their main task of caring for the seriously ill in our society, intensive care services therefore have to cope with a large number of other tasks in a very dynamic regulatory environment. We have been advising and supporting outpatient and inpatient intensive care services throughout Germany for many years in remuneration negotiations with health insurance companies, in arbitration proceedings, in appeals against arbitration awards and in enforcing their claims so that the care services can concentrate on their actual task - caring for the sick.
What sets us apart is that we are able to provide comprehensive support to nursing services, not only with employment, social and remuneration law problems, but also with corporate law issues, e.g. the sale of the company or the regulation of retirement or generational transfer within the company.
