Update on hospital law Challenges in patient discharge and hospital reform

Dr. Ulrike Brucklacher and Dr. Christoph Renz will present two current topics in the next online seminar in the "Update Hospital Law" series.

Dr. Christoph Renz will shed light on the challenges of discharging patients at sector boundaries and address aspects such as discharge management, transitional care and communication with relatives and payers. Dr. Ulrike Brucklacher will talk about the hospital reform, the current status of the KHVVG legislative process, legal issues relating to hybrid DRGs and cooperation with doctors in private practice.
