The permissibility of a construction project depends on numerous individual issues, in which both federal and state law and, last but not least, the respective municipality make various specifications that must be taken into account. VOELKER represents and advises clients in all matters of public building law. We oversee building approval procedures and defend against unjustified third-party claims. We represent and advise third parties affected by projects if their property or land rights are adversely affected.

VOELKER represents clients in complex spatial and construction planning law proceedings and coordinates the specialist planners, experts and authorities involved in the proceedings. We draft, review and negotiate the necessary urban development contracts.

VOELKER represents developers and landowners in building regulation proceedings and defends against unjustified claims by the authorities.
