The acquisition of a property is one of the most complex projects of all. In order to avoid costly and time-consuming legal disputes, VOELKER advises on the acquisition or sale of individual properties or even complete portfolios right from the planning stage. This also includes the preparation of the transaction, for example by means of a letter of intent, the conclusion of confidentiality agreements or the examination of the transaction documents as part of due diligence. We review and draft purchase agreements, taking into account individual requirements and needs, and provide support and assistance during contract negotiations and notary appointments.

If required, specialized colleagues in related areas of law, such as corporate or tax law, are also available in-house. This enables us to handle even complex transactions, such as the transfer of a real estate portfolio by way of a share deal.
