OLG Hamm: Cancellation policy must contain telephone number

Following the change in the law, it is now possible to issue a warning if a telephone number is missing from the withdrawal policy. This was decided by the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (decision of 24.03.2015, ref. I-4 U 30/15). Every online retailer should therefore ensure that the withdrawal policy contains a telephone number and corresponds to the current legal status. Since the reform, the withdrawal instructions proposed by VOELKER include a telephone number.
