• Legal structuring prior to the occurrence of succession (e.g. anticipated succession, tax-optimized will drafting and support for company succession in family businesses)

• Enforcement or defense of compulsory portion and legacy claims

• Settlement of estates

• Representation in disputes involving communities of heirs
