OLG Cologne: Amazon Prime order button unlawful

Amazon advertised its "Prime" service. A subscription could be taken out by clicking a button; the button was labeled "Try it now for free - then pay". Unsurprisingly, this is illegal according to the Higher Regional Court of Cologne. The button must be labeled with "Order with obligation to pay" or a similarly clear text.
